To see lives transformed in Christ
Building the Heart Ministry is a non-profit organization focused on sharing the Gospel and impacting communities. As a mission-driven organization, Building the Heart Ministry will serve as an umbrella for Mozambican and non-Mozambican Christian individuals or entities focusing on discipleship through education, art, sports, and community development.
Our Key Verses:
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28: 18-20
Our Call for the Great Commission:
As a Christian organization, our goal is to glorify God, proclaim His name to the world, and share His redemptive work in Christ Jesus, our Savior.
Our Mission Statement:
We exist to make disciples of Christ and equip them to think and live with a biblical worldview; testifying God’s love in the family, community, and the world.
Building the Heart Ministry develops and supports Christ-centered initiatives that aim to support local and global Christian programs that focus on discipleship and community development. Our goal is to reach communities for Christ through evangelism, education, art, sports, and life skills training.
Our Support for Communities Through Christian Education:
Education is critical to a sustainable future and happens within a larger community's context. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best in their learning.
We believe that children should be prepared for what they will become tomorrow. Children should be equipped and supported to live out their faith in God without compromising. They should be prepared to become men and women who can provide for themselves and their families.
At the heart of our education program, we want to impact Mozambique both in the present and in generations to come by proclaiming the Gospel, forming and equipping Christ’s followers to live out their faith in communion with God and each other. We also want to provide individuals and communities with skills to meet their needs, whether by starting their own businesses or getting better jobs.
